Richard (Rich) Kick is a twenty year resident, and has served the Village in various activities over the past several years. Rich has been a member of the Village 25th Anniversary Committee, Chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals and more recently has served as Chairman of the Planning Board.

Rich received his Bachelor of Science (B.S. in 1981), and Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A. in 1985) from Long Island University-C.W. Post Campus. In addition, he is a 1995 graduate of the American Bankers Association’s, Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware.

He has been employed for the past fifteen years as an Executive Vice President and Executive Officer for The First National Bank of Long Island and is responsible for bank-wide operations inclusive of Information Technology, Data Processing, Security, Deposit Operations, General Services (Purchasing, Mail Room, Messenger and Facilities) CRA, Compliance & Procedures, and the Mortgage and Loan Center. Involved in Corporate Strategic Planning, Capital Budgeting, and all product, technology, marketing and expansion initiatives.

He is a member of the Lake Grove Lion’s Club and active as a Board or Committee Member for several Banking and Technology related trade groups. He currently resides in the Village with his wife Maria, and two daughters, Jaclyn and Alyssa.
