NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Planning Board of the Incorporated Village of Lake Grove to consider the application of Ron Labriola, President of Breeze Home Improvements, Inc. for approval of a subdivision known as “Greenway Terrace Subdivision” consisting of a building lot for a proposed single family dwelling on Greenway Terrace and to bring two existing structures, now a four family residence to a single family dwelling with a detached garage on the building lot on State Street pursuant to Chapter 175, Article X of the Village Code (Section7-728 of the N.Y.S. Village Law).

SAID HEARING will be held on May 22, 2008 at 7:45 P.M. at the Village Meeting Hall, 980 Hawkins Avenue in said Village at which time all interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard.

SAID PROPERTY is owned by J & E Developers, Inc. (lot 18) and is located on the north side of State Street (#21) 139.54’ east of Stony Brook Road back to back with property owned by Arbor Realty Corp. (lot 13) and is located on the south side of Greenway Terrace 182.57’ east of Stony Brook Road.

Box 708, Lake Grove, N.Y. 11755, Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM or may be paid by mail on or before July 1st, 2008.
The full amount of the Real Estate Tax for the full year must be paid at one time.
