PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Village Board of the Incorporated Village of Lake Grove, at regular meeting held the 3rd day of November adopted the following resolution: WHEREAS, the next general Village election of officers is to be held Tuesday, March 20, 2012, and WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 15-104, Sub. 3 (a) of the Election Law, the Village Clerk shall, prior to the general Village election publish a notice designating the officers which are to be filled at such election and the terms thereof, Now, Therefore, be it RESOLVED: Section 1. That the Board of Trustees designates the following offices as vacant at the end of the current official year, to be filled at the Village election to be held on Tuesday, March 20, 2012, for the following terms: Trustee Two years Trustee Two years Section 2.
